I created this for myself in the throes of menopause when I couldn't control my eating and I was unable to follow-through with commitments I made to myself to move more, work on things that were important to me, and eat well. 
I shared this with clients and it soon became a must-have. One woman texted in horror "Could this stuff be making me suddenly HATE my caramel venti latte that has been my favorite treat for years?!" She had only used it twice and suddenly couldn't stand the sugary, bad-for-her beverage. I have dozzens of stories like that, my own included. 
USE: Spray 2-3 pumps into mouth 4x's per day or as needed. 
Ingredients: water, vegetable glycerin, brandy, essential oils of fennel, cinnamon, ginger, and a propriety flower essence blend.
